Speculative applications

We look for people who like detail

We measure how food and drink are perceived: a trained panel describes the product attribute by attribute, and consumers say how much they like it. Turning that into a decision is the craft, and it is full of detail.

There are two ways in: a job in one of the areas that come together on every project, or a place on the trained panel. See who is already here on Who we are.

Every project passes through several hands

There is no single profile, because a study is not the work of one person: it is opened by whoever understands the client’s decision, designed by the statisticians, run by the panel and the field team, modelled by the analytics team and defended by whoever presents it. We are hiring across all of these areas.

Management
Sets the direction and signs the recommendations that go out of the door.
Finance and Human Resources
Administration, management control and people: recruitment, hiring and development.
Sensory Analysis
Runs the trained panel, its tasting sessions and the vocabulary of each category.
Advanced Analytics & AI
Machine learning and predictive analytics on the category history.
Statistics
Experimental design, sample size and significance. Nothing goes out without passing through here.
Project Management
Turns the business question into a project with deadlines and carries it to the presentation.
Fieldwork
Recruits consumers under strict category rules and runs the test wherever the market is.
Sales
Your first point of contact: understands the decision you are facing and builds the proposal.

Two offices, a bigger map

There are two offices: Sant Cugat del Vallès, near Barcelona, and Rome. The markets, quite a few more.

Sales is organised by market: Spain; Italy and Portugal; and France with the rest of Europe. And fieldwork happens wherever the market for the study is, which is not always where the office is.

Joining the trained panel needs no previous experience.

It needs the sensitivity to notice what is barely noticeable and the consistency to come back session after session, and it means getting through selection and training. The panel is the company’s measuring instrument, and that is why continuity counts as much as acuity.

What happens after you write to us

  1. We review your profile

The first step is reading the application and seeing which area it fits.

  2. A first interview

If there is a position that matches your profile, we get in touch with you.

  3. With the head of the area

If the first interview goes well, you talk to whoever runs the area you would join.

  4. A final interview with management

The last step is with management, to finish getting to know each other.

Send us your CV

We do not post vacancies one by one: what reaches us is a speculative application. Tell us which part of all this you would like to work on, because a CV only says where you have been.
